GROUP motor coach departure on 24 June! That requires you to
have an arrival time of no later than 8AM.
Book your return flight no earlier than 2:30 on 30 June!
2) GROUND FEES IN
IRELAND INCLUDE:
Ground motor coach group transportation, tour administration
fees, site entrance fees per itinerary as “visits”,
and course materials fees.
This payment secures your placement in the class and
on the tour bus. Reservations for room accommodations are made when
this fee is collected and processed by Kerry Tours. This amount does not fluctuate unless the gas price should jump, and
the ground transportation quote would change. (I have been working with
the same bus company for years, and wouldn’t anticipate any changes
to occur)

* $350.00 of this amount is non-refundable until May 15. After that
date, no amount can be refunded
3) HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel Accommodations
are to be paid by you directly to the establishment in Ireland.
*Many times in the past, participants have requested this, as they can
then use their credit cards vs. paying Kerry Tours immediately with
a check. (This not only “bides you more time in payment, it also
allows for a better exchange rate on your credit card, while building
miles)
Kerry Tours will book your accommodations and secure your room with
a credit card provided by you to her, after your Grounds Fee has been
collected and processed.
Cost for the Hotel Accommodations is based on the following:
DL Room = 2 persons sharing a room with a Queen sized bed.
* If all single rooms are taken, call for options on reserving
a DL or TW room.
TW Room = 2 person sharing a room with 2 single beds.
S Room = 1 person, 1 bed.
*Rates in Ireland are based on per person in each room and on
the European currency- the Euro = €.

Now, you may not be too excited about the Euro to Dollar exchange rate,
but you will be excited with the hotels and the value that Kerry Tours
has been quoted. This is a 15% reduction off the regular price of the
rooms. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations! Many rooms
in Europe are the size of small closets, and in locations that require
bus or taxi transportation. Eliza Lodge is in the heart of Dublin’s
city centre, and as safe, clean, and within walking distance of most
venues/sites. Glasson Golf and Country Club is a 4 star hotel with a
championship golf course and fine dining. Your rooms are more than spacious,

We know of the other expenses involved initially in order to reserve
placement in the course. Many do not pay the full amount until the June
1 deadline.

Transcripts will be generated by Cardinal Stritch University upon successful
course completion.
OPTIONS
Travel extensions may be requested. Contact Kerry
Tours for options and for reference phone numbers for booking accommodations.
Eliza Lodge will extend the 15% on room rates for Kerry's participants
in the group tour. Rates are different for weekend stays. Call for quotes
if you wish to extend your visit. Furthermore, Eliza will offer a Thursday
reduction to € 76.50 for a single, and € 57.25 per person
for double or twin occupancy.
Theater Performance has always been a highlight of
the tour. The performance would take place on Saturday, 27 June while
we are in Dublin. The theatre is within walking distance of our accommodations
at Eliza Lodge. More information will be forthcoming regarding this
venue option.
